Audit Manager

Charlotte Allars is a Manager in Frazier & Deeter UK’s Audit & Accounting Advisory Services Practice, having joined the London office when it opened in 2019. Her vast knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards has significantly contributed to the growth of the firm’s footprint in the UK. Charlotte’s experience includes conducting audits and preparing financial statements under UK GAAP as well as IFRS and US accounting standards. Her specific industry focuses span technology, life sciences and manufacturing.  

Charlotte maintains excellent communication skills and effectively manages the flow of client information to ensure audits progress smoothly and efficiently. She currently serves as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Training Manager and assists FD UK’s Associates and Seniors through ICAEW qualifications and training requirements.
